As an artist working in multiple mediums Bridy's vision is a quest for new life in discarded objects. From unwanted paint colors to construction refuse she reveals their additional purpose in her work.   Her inspiration and design sensibilities are heavily influenced by architecture, urban landscapes and the abutment of these with the natural world.  

In 1989, Bridy was inspired to become a jewelry designer as an art major at Millersville University.  She went on to Bowman Technical School where she received a degree in jewelry design and repair.  In addition to an 18 month apprenticeship, Bridy also has a Bachelor's of Art in Visual Art from SUNY Empire State College.
