Q: Can I wear my jewelry to bed?
A: It is not recommended. Especially necklaces and bracelets as they are likely to kink or bend while you are sleeping. To make your jewerly last longer remove and store in a safe place overnight.

Q: How can I keep my jewelry looking nice at home?
A: Always store your jewelry in a box or poly bag when not being worn. Leaving items out in the open will promote tarnishing. For a quick cleaning at home make a mixture of dish soap, a drop of ammonia and warm water. Scrub with an old toothbrush then rinse well. For pearl jewerly do NOT add the amonia. You may also want to polish your jewelry with a polishing cloth that can be found at most major retailers.

Q: How can I keep my pearls from loosing their lusture?
A: The main rule for pearls is "last on, first off". Always put pearl jewelry on right before you walk out the door and remove them as soon as you get home. Hair spray and other cosmetics can dull pearls dramatically. Always store pearls in a soft pouch or case to keep them looking their best.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Standard shipping is $3 via USPS in the United States. Overnight and 2nd Day shipping are available for and additional fee. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
